Registration and Pack Collection
Registration is best done online but you can register in person at the pack collection point on Friday July 31 or Sat Aug 1. 

Once you are registered, your race pack will be put together and available for collection in St. Patricks Hall, Arva on:
 Friday 31st July from 7pm to 9pm, 
Saturday 1st August from 8am to 12.30pm 

If there is someone with you who would like to take part, but has not yet registered, they can do so at the same times! Do not collect packs for someone else unless they have already given you full permission to do so.

Your race pack will include your race number, and your t-shirt. Please ensure your number is placed on your front to allow for the timing and welcome home to be effective.

Please check you have the right pack, number and T-shirt size before you leave the Hall Area!
PARKING
Please note that on Race Day, there is strictly no parking at St. Patrick's Hall and no on-street parking in the town itself. Check the map below for the designated parking areas and follow the marshal instructions on race day.
(Parking is available at the Hall for race-pack pickup on the Friday night.)

Half-Marathon: 12:30pm
10K:               1:10pm

5k:                  1:20pm

NOTE: Participants to gather in car park beside St. Patrick's Hall 10 minutes before their event. 

Warmup
A warm up will take place for the Half Marathon at 12.10pm, and for the 10k, 7k and 5k will take place at 12.50pm.

Finishing and post-Race
Once you have crossed the finish line, you will receive your bespoke finishers medal.
Tea, coffee, sandwiches and goodies will be available for all at no cost, and a BBQ supplied and operated by Raymond Daly of Daly's Day & Night, Arva will be in operation. 

Live music on the Market Square will let you loosen out those muscles. Trophy presentations to the winners of the Half Marathon and 10k races will be presented at 3.30pm, and at 4pm you can avail of a spectacular 4 course buffet dinner available for everyone in the Breffni Arms Hotel at the incredible price of €19 per person. 

Live music will be in every pub in town for the rest of the night, and accommodation is available through the Breffni Arms Hotel, Arches B&B, and a number of AirBnB locations in the area.


Please remember that every cent raised goes directly to our three chosen charities, Friends of St. Luke's Oncology Trust, National Breast Cancer Research Institute, Galway, and Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care Fund.
As such; all our stewards, marshalls and workers on  the day are completely voluntary, so we would ask that you respect their instruction, and make for an enjoyable day for all involved.
